Archaeology Festival

(October 2017), in partnership with Bonne Pioche, a French NGO specialized in experiential learning in collaboration with the French Embassy, the French Institute in Lebanon, Near East French Institute, the Lebanese University, and University of Lumière Lyon 2.

(March 2018), public archaeology day, in partnership with the Lebanese University – Zahlé.

Dig-it Out | Archaeology 101

(April-May 2018), archaeology professions month, in partnership with Dar El Nemr – Beirut.

National Heritage Day

(May 2018), Excavation techniques and main discoveries at the College Site in Saïda, in partnership with the General Directorate of Antiquities - Saïda.

SIRAJ - Spinning Tales across the Great Blue

(2018-2019) Intergenerational oral history project in partnership with Plegma, a Greek NGO, and Tandem-Shaml. Sponsored by MitOst, Al Mawred, ADMAF, Robert Bosch Foundation, European Cultural Foundation, DOEN Foundation and Mimeta.

Tandem Amwaj

The programme is a civil society-led project co-designed, and implemented by 4 partner organizations (Tandem programme alumni) in the MENA region working on creating safe and creative environments for independent narrative discourses. By supporting culture-led engagement actions and actors, this program aims at promoting civil society participation in local development practices, growing a space for different forms of expressions and sense of belongings to be performed despite the pressuring contexts (political and economic) across Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia. Consulting | NURVE | Saudi Arabia Ministry of Culture (2023) : Consultancy regarding Saudi museums and civil society NGOs in partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Culture.
CIJA (2023) : Research and documentation project around networks of illicit traffic of antiquities, in partnership with International Commission of Justice and accountability.

At Museolab, we believe that cultural heritage and active citizenship are powerful driving forces for positive change. Our mission is to empower individuals to become active citizens by advocating for the preservation of cultural heritage and advancing a culture of social justice.
